After your account has been closed, we may retain anonymised information using techniques that do not permit your re-identification. If none of those above scenarios is required, E-Classroom will permanently delete your details after the purpose of collecting the information has expired.
Governing Law
To the maximum extent possible, South African law applies to this Privacy Notice. If any provision of this Privacy Notice is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable due to applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed deleted, and the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions will not be prejudiced.
